• • The promoter of this offer is Philled Pty Ltd (ACN 656 428 483), trading as Jobs & Skills Workinitiatives (the promoter).

• • This offer starts on (DATE) and continues until withdrawn, paused or cancelled by the promoter in accordance with clause 8 (the offer period).

• • 3.1 This offer is available to any user posting a job advertisement on the Workinitiatives network, including partner and community platforms, Workinitiatives.com.au and MigratetoAustralia.com.au
  • 3.2 Existing account holders who have not yet posted a paid job ad are eligible. Account holders who have posted one or more paid job ads at any time are not eligible.
  • 3.3 The offer is limited to one redemption per account.
  • 3.4 The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or withdraw the offer where eligibility criteria are not met.

• • 4.1 The offer provides a 30% discount off the standard listed price of any of our job advertisement pricing options, including but limited to pay as you go, packages and 6 month subscriptions only.
  • 4.2 The discount applies only to the job advertisement fee only and to the first purchase of a product with the promoter only.
  • 4.3 For any subscription purchases, a minimum term of 6 month lock-in period applies and after 6 months, standard pricing applies unless cancelled in advance.

• • 5.1 The offer does not apply to:
  • • (a) any add-on products, features or upgrades
    • (c) promotional credits from any other offer
    • (d) any GST, transaction or processing fees, which remain payable in full
    • (e) any job advertisements already posted prior to the offer period.
    • (f) any packages or subscriptions already purchased prior to the offer period, with unused credits
  • 5.2 The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount code or credit, unless expressly stated by the promoter.
  • 5.3 The discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other product or service.

• • 6.1 The discount will automatically be applied at the checkout for all eligible customers
  • 6.2 The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to job advertisement purchases made before the customer became aware of, or redeemed, the offer.
  • 6.3 For the 6-month subscriptions, 30% off will be deducted from your monthly payments.

• • All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

• • 8.1 The promoter reserves the right to pause, suspend, vary, extend or cancel this offer at any time, without notice, subject to any applicable law.
  • 8.2 Where the offer is cancelled or varied, the promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure customers are not unfairly disadvantaged in respect of any redemption already validly made.
  • 8.23 The promoter reserves the right to withhold or withdraw the discount where it reasonably believes the offer is being used fraudulently, in breach of these terms, or otherwise inconsistently with its intended purpose.

• • To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this offer, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees.

• • 10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.
  • 10.2 The promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of this offer is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.
  • 10.3 Nothing in these terms limits any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
